Summary

Among my colleagues, I have always been known as the one who can pick up the pieces, no matter what amount of you-know-what hits the fan. Originally a musician and sculptor, I have spent Over a decade developing ways to incorporate and channel creativity into marketing and sales of products and services. In doing so, I have devised my own approach that has been described as a completely innovative way of marketing. As a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, I possess a successful track record with every job I have taken. Sugar Land Space Cowboys
Managed the large operation of the Sugar Land Space Cowboys Box Office. Lead a team to provide world class customer service. Operated the teams Customer Service Database, CRM and POS systems. Provided reporting on behalf of the team to the MILB and our parent organization, the Houston Astros. 
  • planed, organized and controlled the operations, activities and staff of a centralized Box Office
  • Marketing, Development, Sales and Accounting Department for ticket specific initiatives
  • Lead the support, processing and execution for all package ticketing elements
  • Assisted the Business Development department with processing season ticket renewals, invoices and payments.
  • Recruited, hired, trained and supervised designated staff: full-time Box Office Associate, part-time Box Office sellers and Game Day ticket takers.
  • Acted as the primary liaison regarding upkeep and maintenance of the ticketing system, Tickets.com, as well as being the point of contact regarding all system training for Front Office and part-time staff

Pro Sports Music Association

​The Professional Sports Music Association (PSMA) was founded in 2013 with the advent of the inaugural symposium in Seattle, hosted by the Seattle Seahawks Blue Thunder Drumline.  The goals of the PSMA are:

1.  To ensure that music ensembles that are affiliated with professional sports are delivering the highest quality entertainment for the fans of our respective franchises.  We collaborate at the annual symposium to share ideas and coach each other to avoid similar pitfalls and achieve excellence in all aspects of our craft.
2. To recognize hard working members and ensembles via annual, publicized groups:   NFL "All-Pro" and NBA "All-Star" Drumlines; an "Ensemble of the Year"; and a PSMA "All-Star Band" will be added in 2017.
3.  Be a resource network for connecting music group directors, team representatives, current and future members, corporate partners, and equipment vendors.
